Costa Blanca
The White Coast
Costa Blanca, considered by many to be the most beautiful coast of Spain , is a place where contrasts create a harmonious whole. Mountains meet the sea, history meets modernity, wild nature meets extensive tourist facilities and golf courses. Over 300 sunny days a year, a friendly moderate climate, salt pans, sandy golden beaches, picturesque cliffs and bays. Excellent infrastructure, a large selection of properties, diverse and rich culture, excellent cuisine... This is one of the most valued destinations - both for people looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to live, and for tourists. It is a paradise for lovers of wild nature, water sports, cycling, golf enthusiasts, as well as a destination for party people from all over Europe.
Costa Blanca stretches over 200 kilometres of the eastern coast of Spain in the province of Alicante. It is famous for having the largest number of beaches with a blue flag, which is awarded for the quality and cleanliness of the beaches and crystal clear waters . Each of the towns in this region has its own specific charm and atmosphere.

Costa Blanca North
A hidden gem on the coast of Eastern Spain. In Costa Blanca North you’ll see mountains on one side with the sea on the other, creating many gorgeous cliffs, caves, and coves. It is a ruggedly beautiful region that boasts more than 325 sunny days each year and 220 kilometers of Mediterranean beaches. The World Health Organisation even considers it one of the healthiest places to live in the world.
Its location is at once private and connective; ski slopes are just over 90 minutes by car, and the iconic island of Ibiza is a 2.25-hour ferry ride away.
Residents and visitors revel in the area’s inviting scenery, culture, Michelin-starred cuisine and distinct real estate, which ranges from the historic homes in Javea and the up-and-coming luxury developments in Calpe and Moraira to the stunning seaside homes in Benisa, Dénia and beyond.

Costa Blanca South
The south is a bit flatter than north and tends to be a bit more affordable but is still home to gorgeous resort areas and little towns that are worth checking out.
There is lots to see and do. In Alicante city the Santa Barbara Castle is one of the largest medieval fortresses in Europe and covers the complete summit of the Benacantil Mountain. Originally built by the Moors in the 10th century.
Many of the beaches here are surrounded by an intense entertainment life – the offer of clubs, pubs and seasonal events is huge.
In Costa Blanca you will find world-class golf courses , including the award-winning Las Colinas Golf & Country Club.
Torrevieja is known for its famous salt lakes and the pink lake Laguna de Torrevieja in paticular.
Year-round sunshine, salty air, and low humidity are an excellent combination for a healthy life.
